RETURNS POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

• Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Laatlam Gifting Co., you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, or request a refund. 
• You will be liable to return the goods to Laatlam Gifting Co. at your own cost. 
• Please advise us in writing (orders@laatlam.co.za) of your wish to return/exchange. 
• The goods must be returned to us, undamaged, and the original condition and packaging within 14 calendar days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned goods.
• Laatlam Gifting Co. reserves the right to deduct any direct costs associated with the order such as delivery costs from the final refund amount.
• Only goods in a re-saleable state apply for refunds.
