National (South African) Delivery

  • We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa.
  • We do not deliver to post boxes.

Delivery charges

  • A R100 Shipping fee will be charged on orders going to main centres within ANY  South African Province.
  • Please note that delivery to areas outside of main centres, and some remote areas might result in additional fees.
  • These additional fees might in some instances be communicated with you after your order has already been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Main Centres:

  • Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Klerksdorp, Witbank, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg, East London, Port Elizabeth, Stellenbosch, Paarl, George.

Dispatch of orders

  • Your goodies are all packed and printed to order, so please allow for 5 working days from when we receive payment, until we send off with our trusted couriers.
  • Lead times may differ according to the amount of customization required.

  • Laatlam Gifting Co. strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
  • No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

  • Our Courier Partners offer a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00) delivery service.
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery to Main Centres usually occurs within 3 business days from dispatch of order.
  • All other deliveries should take place within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch of order.
  • We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date and time. If the Courier company is unable to effect delivery over three attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender and delivery will be re-routed at client´s expense.

International Delivery

  • Laatlam Gifting Co. strives to offer shipping other countries, where ever possible. 
  • If you wish to place your order with Laatlam Gifting Co. Please contact us and notify us of the exact delivery address so that we can present you with a shipping quote BEFORE placing your order online.
  • The shipping fee will be an ADDITIONAL amount that needs to be settled before your order will be packed and shipped.
